1. Shipping Locations & Delivery
Naaz Book Depot ships authentic Islamic books, Qur'ans, and stands across all states and Union Territories in India. We partner with reliable national courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and promptly.
2. Shipping & Handling Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, verified, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Local Delivery (West Bengal): Fast delivery within 1 to 2 business days via express courier.
- National Delivery (Rest of India): Express delivery within 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and standard regional zones.
3. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes
Shipping charges are determined by your delivery state and selected payment mode at checkout:
- Local (West Bengal): ₹40 for Online Prepaid orders | ₹70 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Rest of India: ₹70 for Online Prepaid orders | ₹110 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Savings Tip: Pay online via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking at checkout to save up to ₹40 on courier handling and cash collection fees.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or phone number. You can also track your order directly via WhatsApp support.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged in transit, please take a photo of the package before opening it and contact us immediately. We will initiate a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
